故事挺有意思的，英文版本，字少圖大，很適合小朋友看，但是我自己英文不敢讀，而且閱讀擴(kuò)展用的中文，感覺(jué)不是很合適，看樣子有必要像別人多學(xué)習(xí)學(xué)習(xí)，而且提升自己的英語(yǔ)水平，不然怎么輔導(dǎo)娃呢，加油，我相信我可以的！

該書(shū)在Step Into Reading 1系列中屬于略難的，phonics words偏少，更側(cè)重故事性和哲理性。Part One 中獅子放走了抓到的老鼠，并嘲笑??所說(shuō)有一天它可以幫助獅子。Part Two中獅子身陷大網(wǎng)，老鼠咬斷網(wǎng)，拯救了獅子。獅子不再嘲笑小老鼠了，意識(shí)到小老鼠也能幫助大獅子。最后一頁(yè)升華為Always Help Others 的哲理。

這個(gè)故事也出現(xiàn)在usborne first reading的收錄里，不過(guò)畫(huà)風(fēng)有點(diǎn)不一樣，這個(gè)畫(huà)風(fēng)似乎更整潔，獅子看起來(lái)更可愛(ài)更逼真，讓人印象更深刻。啟發(fā)性還是挺強(qiáng)的，告訴我們隨時(shí)準(zhǔn)備幫助別人，自己遇到困難時(shí)才會(huì)有更多的人來(lái)幫助。
